Since it’s in the Pokemon Black/White art style, it needs a Pokemon-esque name. I dub thee, Walharn! Which is an anagram of narwhal that sounds a little like “whale horn”.

As for the odd colours on the Narwhal… when I was 8 or 9 I took a summer class on whales. My chosen whale was the narwhal, and I made a life-size paper version. For some reason I thought it was perfectly normal to paint it bright yellow and blue (he got the shades scarily accurate o:)
